Q: Is the back of this chair high enough to be used as a head rest? thanxxx

I suppose it depends on how tall you are, but not really. I am 5'8" and it hits me about mid-low part of the back of my head. I can rest on it, but it doesn't cushion my whole head. I just measured mine and it looks like about 25 inches from where the seat meets it to the top.

Q: does anyone know the weight capacity the chair will support? Is it the standard up to 250 or more like the big and talls?

A 275lb person at work sat in there in the conference room and it withstood the weight.

Q: Are the rollers on this chair ok for wood floors?

I don't know about this chair as the seller sent a wrong one that I returned. In general, never use hard plastic rollers on real hardwood floor. There will always be dirt caught by the rollers that transforms the rollers into effective "sandpaper" rolls, slowly and steadily destroying varnish and wood. Always have your chair on a mat.
