I've been using both on my vanity...one for hair brushes and the other for make up brushes. I have absolutely no problem with make up brushes falling through on the sides at all. In fact, I think it would be quite impossible because if you look closely to the photo the bottom is reinforced with a double wire design to keep your items nice and secure inside the container. I'm not saying this didnt happen to those who wrote prior reviews, I'm just suggesting that possibly the company has taken those reviews into consideration and redesigned the item. Not a problem for this lady..and for the price? you can't go wrong! Looks polished and lovely on a vanity or a bedroom dresser. I would absolutely suggest this item for a friend!

These cups are perfect for a desk. The bottom is lined with a material that won't scratch your surfaces (they do perfectly on my wooden desk), they look great and they hold a ton of stuff. I posted a photo with this review to show exactly how much these hold. If you're on the fence about buying these...go for it!

I love everything about these 2 holders. In my one holder, I have my blenders along with my skinny items like eyeliner, mascara, concealer. In my other holder, I have all of my brushes and both have extra room! These are sturdy, not flimsy at all. And I've had no problem with anything falling out of the design holes along the sides. I highly recommend this to anybody. It is not only beautiful but dependable.

I bought these holders to hold make up brushes on my bathroom counter. They are very pretty and good quality, however, there is no bottom rim that keeps the brushes inside the container and therefore the brush handles slip out between the wire molds. I feel the same would happen with pencils, ect. Would be much better if there was a rim along the bottom to keep everything inside as intended.

I order this set for my daughter, she was redecorating her bedroom & wanted to use them to organize her makeup. The rose gold color matched perfectly, it looks exactly as pictured. The are made of quality material and durable. They arrived quickly & packaged very well. They were also priced very reasonably for a 2/pack, other sellers listed higher prices for individual organizers. I will definitely reorder in the future!

Bought these for my daughters vanity for brushes like their intended but ended up purchasing a brush holder that holds your phone also (which she loved) before this arrived. So we improvised and used it for her pens and pencils at her desk. Their super cute and love the rose gold!

Kind of pricey for what you are getting. I use them to store my makeup brushes and my liquid lipsticks.
