One of the best vinyl glue kits come with gloves to protect your hands because the product is very Strong may give a reaction to your skin and even comes with a piece of vinyl that work great patching a jumper I have even come with clear pieces to patch up anything

Review for Bellesino Vinyl Cement/GlueI used this to repair a pocketed vinyl sleeve for my precision file set: the vinyl had developed holes in the bottom where the pointy end of the files nest, and the files would drop out. Overlaying a vinyl patch has solved the problem, and avoided sewing up a new one out of vinyl sheeting.
