Mi Light B8 2.4G Wall Mount Panel Remote Controller 8 Zones for Mi Light Bulbs(FUTB8)

I bought this because I wanted to control my four new Mi-Light RGB Ceiling lights with AC power, not batteries. I have a number of other Mi-Light Ceiling Lights and two previously installed B8 Smart Wall Panels that are connected to my household power. I wired the space on the wall where this was supposed to be installed before receiving it. There was no power adapter included and when one looks up LGIDTECH Mi.Light Specified Power Supply DC 3.3V Output AC 90-120V Input Works for B8 Wall Panel Only, it says that it is unavailable. I tried contacting the company rep and he answered that the B8 only works on batteries, which is untrue since I already have two working on 120v. The specs shown on this page for the B* clearly states that it has two modes of power, electricity or batteries and shows a photo of the aforementioned power supply but does not say how or where to buy one and there rep did not help at all. Now I am stuck with a unit that will run only on batteries unless I can find one of the power supplies to plug this into my pre-wired wall cut-out.

I bought this item a few months ago and finally got around to installing the lighting. I installed the batteries and it didn’t work. I then plugged in the dc 3.3v and still no power.
