Excellent Belt!
I purchased this for a small hernia on my stomach. I'm a big guy, and the belt fit perfectly. Not only did it work, but it also gives me complete back support during my CrossFit workouts! I didn't expect that part. This is exactly what I was looking for and highly recommend!

Comfortable, good size. It allows sitting, other belts and binders usually roll up but this doesn’t.
It’s a great binder. I felt some relief in the umbilical area as soon as I put it on. The extra belt provides great support for the lower back, feels comfortable.

Runs a little small
I wish they had a Large as its own size and XL as its own size. I purchased the L/XL but it was too small for me because I’m usually a XL but it was more like a large so consider sizing up whenever you get it. It was very sturdy and looked like it provieded a great amount of support because of how thick it was. I wish it would have fit me! Great quality material and price

Lightweight and Effective Hernia Bel
The Fitomo Front-Wearing Umbilical Hernia Belt is very lightweight and features a two-part design—there’s the main belt and a smaller outer belt for extra tightening. The dual setup makes it feel much stronger and more secure. The material feels durable, which is a plus. One important tip: be sure to get one size larger. The large I ordered, based on sizing, barely fit. Overall, a great product that provides solid support!
