I take it every morning and it seems to get me going with a smile on my face.

This brand of GABA is a reasonable value. I take it with my daily dose of vitamins and I really feel good. I take these natural brain supplements to keep my mind healthy at 53. I sleep better at night and I am happy during the day. Memory is a little better. Capsules are a bit bigger than I would like but not too big for the dose needed.

I think this is the pill they use on Limitless! I have ADHD but I got this to deal with panic attacks. I haven't noticed much of a difference in mood (I was never anxious in the first place, but still had panic attacks). But it has helped tremendously for my ADHD!First day I felt no difference. Second day I worked 7 hours straight writing and typing, and even managed to focus with my roommate watching the TV next to my ear and being on the phone blabbing! It was truly surprising! I normally can't work with ANY distraction.THIRD DAY! OMG! I started my memoir that I had been wanting to write for many years! I had over 5 hours (17 pages) of material, with no mental blocks at all, from 12am til past 5! Mind you I hadn't done any creative writing in years. It felt like I had access to 100% of my brainpower. I still cannot believe it. The amount of motivation and ideas was crazy!DAY FOUR: I worked on some more creative projects and even typed up a long poem I wrote 15 years ago. . . VERBATIM! Had no idea I remembered all the stanzas!TODAY: I had an idea for a cool invention!I'm unsure if it has helped with the panic attacks, which stopped 3 days before the pills arrived, but these have made a HUGE difference in my work product, motivation, and my creativity. I feel so lucky to have found them! I much rather prefer a Nootropic to a potentially dangerous or habit-forming prescription which are nearly impossible to get anyways during the lockdown where doc offices are closed and telepsychitrists cost $260-300 a session!The only thing I will say I wish it had some long-acting melatonin so that I don't have a bunch of inspiration at the butt-crack of dawn!

It works very well!

The first time I took it, it was like a mild dose of speed without the jitters: I got things done, stayed awake without nodding off like I usually do, and felt much more focused and able to concentrate on tasks. Slept more soundly that night, and woke up ready to go - not that groggy feeling I usually have in the morning. Great! Definitely worth it.Then I took it twice more with no real results at all, which was disappointing. Didn't take it at all for a couple of days, then tried again - nothing. I didn't notice any ill effects, so I guess that's a good thing. I just wish it worked more consistently for me.

I’m amazed at how quickly this worked to help me sleep through the night. I’m 51 but already several years post menopausal (surgically induced in my late 30’s) with all of the sleep affects unfortunately. I take an rx to sleep but still wake up every night at 3 or 4 AM and can’t fall back to sleep. The first night I tried these I slept like a rock! Right through to my alarm, and have EVERY NIGHT SINCE. I’m afraid to jinx it by writing this review but am hoping I can help someone else in my situation. Try this. I hope it works for you too. I have so much energy now and also, my skin looks great from all the rest! Bonus! 🙌
