Hi Jennifer! If you look at the images to the left of the listing, the second image from the top (grey side view of the nose, with an arrow and text) has sizing info. Measure in a straight line from the tip of your nose to the crease of your nostril. If that distance is 24 mm OR MORE, order a large. If it is 23 mm OR LESS, order a small. We hope that helps!
