This is a top quality board.... Very pleased. We had just a tiny bit of trouble snapping the tray in place, but overall, pretty easy installation. My husband said a truck couldn't pull it off the wall... It looks very nice, and wipes off very clean. One swipe- clean. I was happy to get it at such a good price.It says it comes with 4 markers, but mine came with only one dry erase, and one wet erase marker. It also says it comes with 48 round magnets, which mine came with 48 rectangular flat ones in 4 colors. I wouldn't count on any of the magnets to hold papers on the board. They are just not very strong. They could hold a memo, or business card, etc.It also states that it comes with 250 magnetic card holders (which I thought was too many anyway). It really comes with 25. All of this was fine with me, but I wanted to inform you in case it is important to you. It does comes with a small eraser.

Perfect! Our church needed a go-to board in our administration office, and this had magnets for us to make it a calendar or blank magnets to make our own Sections. It comes with way more than everything needed, looks great, built well, and is a great price for the money!
