Having used a similar, memory foam product previously and didn't get on with it, I was concerned that this pillow would be the same. Fortunately, while it's firm, it's still squashy and the shaping for the neck support makes it much more user friendly. The hollow for your head makes it easy to sink into the pillow if lying on your back, but it also works for side sleeping. It comes in a cover which can be unzipped for washing but I put it in a pillow protector with my usual pillow case on the top. I haven't found it too hot yet but time will tell. Good value for money compared with some of the others out there.

This is such a comfortable pillow, it supports my neck perfectly and has improved my quality of sleep. I am not the best sleeper but at least I am no longer tossing and turning and punching my pillow to get comfortable. Excellent quality and very reasonable price.

Pillow supports but smells funny got to wash cover before using it . Not good

Bought this for my husband as he has arthritis in his neck. He’s tried so many pillows but never been able to find one that helps.Looked at the reviews of this pillow and decided to give this one a go. After the second night of sleeping on it, my husband woke up and said“BEST PILLOW EVER!”He’s not waking up in as much pain as before. Would definitely recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not waste your money! Totally misleading! The chemical smell from the pillow is that strong it triggered a awful headache and caused nausea. There is no support at all. The memory foam is far to soft to provide any support at all. It caused me so much discomfort in my shoulders and neck after an hours of use that I woke in pain.

Having read lots of reviews I opted for this pillow to try and cure my neck problem. It works to a degree - not the miracle cure that others have claimed but definitely helps a little. Could be a little bigger but quite comfortable and wake up less often with a stiff neck so not bad at all.
