Has backlight for dark rooms it also switches sides when rotated which is nice. Plug and play worked straight away and buttons were responsive.

Keep light off unless you need it to save battery.

Great remote. Far better than the one you get with the box. Nice weight. Not flimsy. Has all the functions you need.

I've had one of these remotes for donkey's years now , and needing another one to control a second Android box, I'm really glad to see that the design hasn't changed over that period.While there's quite a large number of these sorts of remote available (and I've tried a few now), I'm more than happy to go with the same design again... not just from a familiarity point of view, but also the fact that the current one has proved to be so reliable. Hopefully this one here will be up to the same.Good stuff, and on a quality/value-for-money basis.... 5-Stars.
