It works well. You really have to force yourself to eat

I am a long-time consumer of traditional yerba mate often buying the dried leaves and preparing like tea so I was really excited to see a powder form in a peach mango flavor with added ingredients for gut health. One of my favorite parts about this is you get the benefits of the energy boost without the crash that typically comes from caffeine and it has prebiotics and probiotics as well as ingredients added for brain health. It's convenient because it's a powder form and that makes it easier to switch to if I want to replace coffee with this.I tried this along with family and opinions varied a lot about the taste! Another thing to note is that preparation is key! When I first tried it, I did so with ice and water and it didn't dissolve well. Then I switched to using hot water, added milk, and stirred and it was a total game changer! Prepared with warm water (straight from the hot water dispenser tea which is quite hot And adding enough milk to bring it to palatable temperature) it dissolves instantly and easily and there were no clumps or residue left behind in the cup. I personally really liked how the peach mango tasted with the milk. Another person tried it and they weren't able to get it to dissolve because they did not use warm water and they said, to them, it tasted chalky and didn't like it. Then another person in my family did the same thing, had better results, and said it tasted fine to and they enjoyed thetaste and health benefits so much that they became a huge fan of it. So this tells me that there is a lot of variability due to individual preference and there will be reviews all over the place!I would want to give a 5 out of five but at the time I'm writing this it is quite pricey to be able to use it as a coffee replacement. Depending on how much you add, it may last a while but I would probably go through it pretty quickly because I always like to have a drink by my side throughout the day.I do want give a special shout out about the quality. The powder is very fine and, to me, it really did taste like peach and mango. The packaging means that you can reseal it quite well after opening which probably preserves The taste and freshness. How well it dissolves will heavily depend on preparation. They did make a big effort to point out that results are better with a frother. To add to that, the temperature of the liquid you're adding it to will really make a huge difference in how well it dissolves. Once I figured out that hot water was the key then to me the quality seemed quite high because there wasn't any clumps left over. However, with cold water, definitely do use a blender for other or whatever you have handy because it dissolves less easily that way.I really enjoyed the effects as well. There's that smooth energy boost that yerba mate is known for. And I do think it helped with digestion and gut health. I had less brain fog and nothing else to attribute it to but this mix. Hopefully, with time, I will be able to afford to use it as a replacement for coffee. This mix taste good for what it is. Usually, yerba tastes off to me but this was pretty good. Like the peach flavor. The price is good for the amount. Mixes up easily so easy to use and the amount of caffeine (100 mg) picked me right up. Will be adding this to my smoothies.

Didn’t really see a difference! Can’t send it back

It's hard to say if it did anything to help clear thoughts, but what it does good is definitely the flavor. It has fiber benefits but be careful to not drink so much or you'll end up in the bathroom

I like the medium roast or the occasional mushroom coffee.This, this can be a good alternative if you don't like the java taste. It tastes exactly like peach and mango. There are 30 servings. One use I can see for this product is to have something on-the-go if I'm traveling out of town, that way I will always have a pick-me-up whether I get to a store or not.I cannot tell if it offers me more energy without a crash than my other go-to. Definitely read up on the herbs and their affects before trying anything. :)I am unsure if the value ($30.99) $2.66 per ounce is a good value.

The taste was good and it did seem to give me a spike in energy. I was sleepy after having lunch and I only drank 4oz and I was wide awake and motivated to swap out some light switches in the garage. I added it to room temperature water instead of the cold water they recommended so I’m interested to see if it tastes even better cold. I did the recommended scoop to 8 oz water and thought it was a little too much for me so will probably water it down more. I liked it.

Tasty, easy to prepare and with a real effect: more focus, energy and light digestion. The formula dissolves very well and is similar to juice. With Lion’s Mane, Yerba Mate and fibers it really works. Ideal for starting the day with energy and mental clarity. I recommend it.
