Lightweight and easy to use, once you've put it together
A great little carrier, the top-opening is an absolute life-saver - or at least, stress-saver - when dealing with a reluctant cat that is less than enthusiastic to get in. Very solid and sturdy. It was a bit of a pain to assemble the first time, with a bit of welly needed, but well worth the effort.

Perfect for your pets!
Absolutely brilliant pet carrier. It is very safe and secure. No problems experienced when using it to transport my two kittens back and forth to the vets. They are very settled in it and is excellent from a vet's point of view. Access is easy from either the front or the top. The locking mechanism on the front gives extra peace of mind. Would highly recommend it.

Carrier seems OK. Assembly is difficult.
As others have said, you need strength to snap some of the parts together and the instructions were not very helpful. The carrier looks good and I hope it’s safe and durable for my cat’s vet visits.

Very pleased
Came when expected and well packaged. Just we wanted as it has a top opening which makes it easy to put our cat in. Large and comfortable for him/her when taking to the vet. Never keen on plastic but this is an exception to the rule. Absolutely a must have.

Strong, attractive product that carries my cat safely and comfortably.

Does the job but not eay to take apart without damage
Considering the cost it was a pain to get together and when we recently took the cat to the vet it took us 5 minutes to get the top to come off (without breaking it).It's a good size and the door is nice a secure.It fed helps having a top entrance buy I'm disappointed at it's build quality considering the price.

Side clip
It's a really good carrier for my cats, it's comfortable for them and they don't get stressed out as much as they did in the cheaper one we used to have, unfortunately one of the side clips broke and fell off so I lost it and I'm struggling to find a replacement or how to order one online, if someone could help me in that respect I would be grateful, otherwise it's excellent
