Great for frozen yoghurt and lite options
I’ve agonised over buying this. I’ve heard really mixed reviews. I specifically wanted this machine to make frozen yoghurt and healthy dessert options and this is where I’ve heard really mixed opinions on whether it can make creamy frozen yoghurt or whether it’s just churns out inedible ice filled frozen desserts.I decided to risk it and see what it could do. I’ve made quite a few frozen yoghurt/healthy desserts over Christmas including using low fat Greek fage yoghurt (5% fat) The results are amazingly good. Creamy frozen yoghurt that tastes just like ice cream but without all the calories.I read somewhere that to stop ice crystals forming in lower fat desserts being made in the creami you should add xanthan gum. I got a huge tub of this off Amazon very cheaply. I’ve added a quarter of a teaspoon to approx 450 to 500g of yoghurt before putting it in the creami. Ive mixed it well using a stand mixer and then frozen the mixture. I’ve used the lite ice cream setting for frozen yoghurt and I’ve used the re-spin feature when the frozen yoghurt has come out a little powdery. I’ve only needed to do this once.I’ve got delicious creamy frozen yoghurt each time I’ve used it and I’m delighted. It’s very easy to use. I was worried about the noise, yes it’s a bit noisy but the machine only tends to run for a couple of minutes. It’s a great gadget and I’ve had a lot of fun trying new things in it. Highly recommended.

Amazingly versatile, super tasty
Usually it is my wife who buys/chooses the kitchen appliances. Indeed her Christmas present to herself this year was a Ninja 9 in 1 air-fryer, slow cooker etc which she loves. I probably haven’t bought one since getting a foreman grill at the turn of the century.I heard about the Creami from a friend who is a bodybuilder like myself and starting his competition diet for the year. Said it was amazing and took the grind out of the diet by allowing actual healthy and delicious treats to be included in their diet.So I watched some YouTube videos and figured that they can’t all be lying and took the plunge. So glad I did. What an awesome piece of kit. The products it creates are delicious and can be as healthy or unhealthy as you want.Naturally for me the selling point is the healthy and delicious desserts that it allows you to make. A sorbet made with a tin of peaches mixed with a scoop of peach flavoured vegan clear protein powder, frozen for 24 hours and then run through the sorbet setting, has no right being so straightforward but also so delicious!

Great Drinks
I have been using this for a few weeks now to make smoothies and milkshakes, I haven't quite ventured into making ice cream as the weather isn't quite there yet, but I am sure it will get more use during the summer months. My only recommendation to people looking to buy one for themselves, just do a little more research than I did.

Very sturdy, if a bit expensive.
Good machine, a bit pricey and ice cream sometimes ends up flakey instead of the normal texture, but that's probably my ingredients

Fabulous Machine
Love this! So easy to use.I have only had this a week or two and so far I have made several sorbets and a couple of ice-creamsI'm not a 'follow the recipe' type of person and so I have been going 'off piste' and making whatever I want.I took the time to read a lot of reviews on here so I nailed the sorbets from day 1.First of all despite what some say you do NOT have to add a lot of sugar as I read a couple of reviewers say.I bought this machine so that I could make healthy recipes for the most part.So far I have made -Watermelon from fresh (see pic) this only needed 1 tbsp of agave and some vanilla paste and a drop of lemon flavouring to give it umpf. All of my mixtures need a re-spin and I found that for sorbets a capful of vodka loosens the mix up without making it 'alcoholic'Grapefruit - used two tins for this. Added a mix in of candied peel which was terrificBlack Cherry from tinRaspberry And Blackberry from fresh fruit. I needed 4 punnets for this and so it was very expensive. Added a cap of vodka and 2 tbsp maple syrupRhubarb from tin, with a mix in of crystallised gingerStrawberry from fresh with 2 tbsp yoghurt, 2 tbsp maple syrup and some vanillaRaspberry Martini - 2 tins from M&SMango - 2 tinsGreek yoghurt - with added 2 tbsp maple syrupI tried one actual ice-cream but when I added some rum in the remix it split the cream and had to be given to the dogs!Very happy, easy to use, easy to clean, loud ok - whagt do you expect when shredding ice!

Quite loud when it’s on but doesn’t take long to mix
Easy to use. Definitely need to eat the ice cream immediately as if it’s put back in the freezer you need to remix. The instruction/recipe book is good and the ice cream is delicious.
