Expensive for what it is, but Alzheimer's dementia patient uses regularly if given
Expensive for what it is, however it does hold Alzheimer's dementia patient's attention if given and reduces agitated scratching. It wouldn't be used unless a carer gives it to the patient but helpful to reduce scratching and keeps hands warm

Expensive but good quality and gives endless entertainment for one with dementia
I gave my mother - who has dementia - one of these for her birthday. She has spent hours and hours fiddling with her Twiddle pup's ears, ribbons, beads, Velcro strap and other features. It's as if she is seeing it for the first time whenever she picks it up. It has the sweetest expression on its face that makes her smile and give it kisses. It is impressively sturdy and holds up well in the washing machine. Though expensive, it's well worth the price and the time it has released me from entertaining her. Whenever I hand Twiddle to Mum, she smiles and gives it a cuddle. Can't recommend this highly enough.

Great idea and user friendly but overpriced in my opinion.
This is for my elderly mum who is suffering with advanced dementia and Parkinsons. Although she is bedridden she is restless and I thought it would occupy her hands. It’s a great idea although I’m not convinced it’s completely worth the cost. It looks exactly like the image and I think I was expecting it to be a something a bit extra be used it is expensive. That said though it’s very safe and so far everything has stayed connected. The colours starting wearing off the little wooden balls in the first week but everything else seems pretty sturdy.

A welcome distraction
My mum has dementia and lives with my father in a care home. She is wheelchair bound and often frets. Twiddle, as we call him, has been a welcome distraction according to my dad. Sadly due to visiting restrictions, I haven't had a chance to see it in action.

Worth the money
Got this for my grandma who has dementia and it has straight away helped with soothing her and gives her some giggles, particularly enjoys the comfort of being able to put her hands in it to keep warm

Nice, but....
I bought this for my husband who has Alzheimer's dementia, but the only thing he "played" with was the little squeezy ball inside it. It was quite pricey, so, in essence, I spent a lot of money for a ball.
