Great workhorse.
My dad had the same one for years bought it for myself knowing it would be quality.

Cheap, low quality
Cheap kitchen knife. Tooling marks visible on the blade, unsharpened edges not deburred. Ferrous as F, there may be a small amount of chromium in the alloy, but don't pretend this is corrosion resistant stainless. Sharpening will be easy because the alloy is brittle. This knife will not keep an edge. Cheap as F though.
