Q: Does anyone know if this is dual voltage, so it can be used in other countries?

I just bought the 1” one, thinking it was dual voltage. Used it on 220V and it just stopped working. 😥

Q: Do you think this flat iron will work to do Keratin treatment?

No it won’t. It is the worst flat iron. When I tried to return it, they said their policy was no returns. I contacted Amazon and they refunded me. Don’t buy this.

Q: does this straightener work well? does it make hair frizzy?

It does not work well. I have to go over my hair several times to smooth out a very light wave. Do not recommend
