Q: what color is mullein powder supposed to be ?

It's my experience that it varies between different shades of brown, depending on where it's grown and which part of the plant it comes from. This particular brand is a greenish brown color.

Q: Does this have caffiene in it?

No. On the back of my bottle it reads: Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) (leaf) (from 375 mg of 4:1 extract) Other Ingredients: Rice Powder, Gelatin Capsule, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica. NO Gluten, Wheat, Yeast, Milk, Lactose Soy, Artificial Flavor, Artificial Sweetener or Preservatives. Non GMO

Q: The tracking states it was delivered on 8/31/21, however it was in fact not delivered. I would like a refund since it apparently not available anymore
