Q: 200m is over 600ft. How can this watch not be suitable for scuba diving?

I don't believe this watch is ISO or PADI certified. Therefore, I would not risk my life on it. For swimming or snorkeling, I would not be afraid to wear it. For serious SCUBA diving you probably want a certified dive watch. When diving at depths over even a few feet presents significant dangers.

Q: I am confused it’s says good for top water activity but not diving? Is this not a diver?

A real diver has to meet certification for each produced....and will say divers 200m on the face ( or whatever depth it has been tested to). This might meet spec, or might not, but hasn't been tested

Q: Help ! I've owned it for a couple of months. Left it home for one day then stopped. Tried shake it, slowly wind it, still not moving !?

If it's totally dead give it 20-25 winds

Q: Does the watch come with all the papers etc.?

My watch came in an Orient box with all of the expected papers.
