Q: which plates that are come with it？

Come with a flat grill and takoyaki pan. You get what you see in the picture.

Q: So you can use this in the USA without a converter?

I am afraid that you may need a converter since the voltage of this product is AC100V for Japan, while the standard voltage in US is 120V.

Q: how many voltage and watt does this hot plate has? also how many and what kinds of grill top does it come with? is it possible to add more to buy?

1200W & if you’re located in US, you should have no problems using it as I’ve owned mine for over 2 years now. You get what you see in the picture which is (flat surface grill & takoyaki grill) there’s other grills that’s sold on amazon you can buy separately for this hot plate.
