Love this salami
Love the flavor and consistency of this salami. I read someone's review that complained about the fatty pieces throughout the product. I think that is the best part! I even enjoy eating the skin it is wrapped in. Just so you know, this is a large stick of salame. 2.5 pounds is a large salame. Came perfectly packaged surrounded by ice packs. I will order again soon!

Not cured
This salami was not close to what I had in Italy. It is not cured enough, soft, and fatty. All you can taste is the salt.
