One of the best authors and an awesome book for any woman.

I love anything that Lisa Bevere writes and this book is no exception. Lisa has a way to making every women know who her God is and who He has created her to be. I left reading this book empowered to go and change the world around me.

I cannot say enough good things about this book. It was highly recommended to me by a friend and I now owe her a great debt of gratitude. This is a book that I will not lend to anyone...I will have to just buy more copies to give away. I've highlighted dozens of pages and used many quotes from Lisa Bevere on Facebook (giving her credit, of course). The way the author parallels our spiritual lives with that of the lioness in the wild is unforgettable. I feel incredibly empowered and ready to move into the next phase of my life as a minister to prostitutes. This book would be a wonderful graduation gift for any young lady. Strongly recommend for any woman who is a leader, whether in ministry or not.

I ordered this book for my friend and I. We received hers first and then I received mine the next day. Well I go to read the first chapter of my book and go to the guide book and to my surprise it was used. At first I thought it was a sample but after a few pages I noticed more and more entries. I wasn’t expecting a used book and the entry was from 2016. I hope whoever book this was isn’t missing it.last thing whoever this book belong to has lovely handwriting and thought!!

This is one of those books that you don't just read and then forget about. It inspires you to change...to do something. Lisa Bevere shows through the behaviors and attributes of the lioness that we as women are NOT the weaker sex, that we've been given specific gifts to help the hurting and the lost. This book is a call to wake up to the darkness and depravity of this world, rise up and behave as the daughters of the lion of Judah. This is a wake up call to stop sitting on the sidelines, to pray brave, scary prayers, and allow the lioness within each of us to rise up.
