This was a nice upgrade to my Mojave EXB, the looks and strength have both improved. I did however keep the original red aluminum steering plate but that was only because I like the red and black look more then just all black. The only thing I had to adjust was my suspension arm droop slightly to not max out the bottom travel of the steering block but that's not a big deal as that only makes contact when the wheels are off the ground. The only thing I may have to do is slightly file or drill the pin hole on the wheel hex where the CVD locker pin goes through. The pin went in but it's applying a little more pressure to the wheel bearings then I would like so I'll probably just drill the hole just a hair bigger if for nothing else makes me feel better.

The quality of these knuckles are high. My experience with Hot Racing has always been great. I had one bad axle and tried replacing it with an Amazon special. That axle did NOT work with these knuckles. I returned the Amazon axles, purchased and installed stock ARRMA axles. The stock axle fit flawlessly. The bearings exceed the quality of the stock parts

I bought a set of these in 2021 for my Typhon, solved all the issues I was having and they work great! As the 2022 season comes to a close I decided to upgrade to these in my Mojave too so just ordered another set. Unfortunately as other reviewers have noted the latest batch seems to be produced with the wrong tolerances. On the left one, I couldn't even get the wheel hex pin through, so I tried filing the wheel hex down until there was almost no spacer, and although I was able to then get the pin through, the hub wouldn't' freely rotate. I tried the right one and the pin went through but once the pin was tightened into place it was also rubbing such that it would not rotate at all. Returned them since there's no way to make these work. Hopefully they fix the manufacturing process.

This is certainly an upgrade over the stock stupid plastic. Everything about these are awesome, except when installing the pin in the axel nut I had to use pliers to force it through. Once the pin was fully installed, it is so tight the bearing do not move too freely, so i sanded down the nut a little to try and relive some of the stress.

They look great and are of great quality as well as easy to install (no need to modify or extra drilling - they fit). I dig them.

After only one pack with no jumps or crashes the left front bearing blew apart. This carrier set uses a larger inner bearing and is built well.

As long as you take the screws out and loctite them before install this is a great product
