Insulation has poor resistance to heat from soldering
I've been soldering and into electronics all of my life, during college my part time job was wiring and soldering air to ground radios. Just wanted to make a point that I know what I'm doing with a soldering iron. The problem with the insulation on this cable is that it melts too quickly. Tinning with just enough heat to flow 0.6 mm solder I found the insulation was melting back. This cable is okay I suppose but nowhere close to the quality of major wire and cable manufacturers.
