The texture is quite fluidy for a facewash presented in a tube . A lot of material comes out when you squeeze to take out even a little amount so need to be careful with that. There's no bothering scent . It smells only like wood , that too it goes away soon so smell is not at all bothering for me. I believe it does cleanses my face . I will buy the product again once one tube gets over . The delivery was also on time .

Terrible product!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!I really don't know why on earth, Mama earth calls this a charcoal face wash!!Seriously??? Is this what you call charcoal???? Where the hell is charcoal???Doesn't feel or smell like charcoal at all!!The product looks light transparent grey in color. I suspect that some artificial color has been mixed to make it look like charcoal.My skin started itching like hell!! Worsened my acne. Not much of foam also and doesn't feel like a face wash. You don't feel clean at all.Needless to say, the smell is even more horrible. Even detergents and toilet cleaners smell better.This face wash is not worth even a single penny. Our traditional face washes like besan/green gram powders are far more superior to be even compared this piece of crap!Pathetic product. If you have acne prone skin, don't even think of purchasing this in your wildest dreams!

First of all let me tell you that I have tried many face washes that used to mention the availability of Charcoal and Coffee beans but all these face washes are 0% effective as compared to Mamaearth Charcoal Natural Face Wash for oil control and pollution defence. I have tried many brands like Urban Gabru, Garnier and more but all these are not effective as compared to Mamaearth brand. First of let me mention the Pros and cons:Pros:1. Removes dirt and excessive oil generated from our daily routine life.2. Makes the skin smooth after using this face wash.3. A little costly if purchased on regular basis . So, wait for the lightening deal and grab as many as you can.4. Completely paraben and chemical free.5. Don't think go for it without having second thought.6. Not meant for dry skin persons.7. Requires a small amount to create foam texture. cost effective.Cons:Only found 1 con which is that it doesn't make skin brighter especially for dark complexion persons otherwise fair complexion person might get benefit from this.
