Q: What ‘s the size for this salon client gown ?

Bust: 54 inch, Length: 43 inch , Sleeves length : 12 inch.

Q: Does this smock have a snap at the chest or is the belt the only thing securing it?

It doesn't have any type of closure at the chest. However, it wraps enough to cover the chest and doesn't open at the chest once you tie the belt. My clients love these gowns. They are comfortable and look nice on everyone.

Q: Are these pretty thick?

not really. but the reason why i didn't purchase more is they are not try to size. pretty small for normal sized clients.
