Sometimes eating low-carb leaves me craving crunchy snacks that are usually carb/fat based. Ditching salty snacks like chips has been great for my health, but I miss that savory yumminess from time to time. Better than Good puffs have more than filled that void. In fact, I prefer them to any kind of mass marketed chip or pretzel out there. The macro profile is fantastic - mostly protein, moderate fat, and extremely low-carb - and every serving packs a nutrient punch with the goodness of veggies. They taste phenomenal and each individually packed serving is completely filling and satisfying. The cherry on top is the excellent customer service and the mission of this company. Ranch is by far my favorite flavor, but there are a variety of creative options available for every taste bud. Love these puffs - two thumbs up!!

As a newly diagnosed diabetic, I was looking for snacks that were low in carbs and high in protein, so I took a chance on these protein puffs. First off, I didn't realize how TINY the bags would be. For $3.50 a bag, these are the size of something you'd get out of a vending machine. Then there's the taste. The flavor I bought was "Ranch". I don't really taste Ranch. These taste like cardboard that have had a ton of hot spices dumped on them. No where on the package or in the ingredients does it say "hot and spicy" that I can see. If I could return these, I would, because they're a total rip off for the price, size, and bad flavor.

I have been doing the keto lifestyle for about a year. Most keto “Pre-packaged items” aren’t very good, and I mostly make most of my food myself. I got a sample of these in a keto Krate and did some research on the company, and was really pleased with all that I found out! I don’t usually do many reviews, but I was really impressed by the flavor of these! They aren’t just tolerable...they are better than GOOD!! My daughter has a sensitivity to dye and she was thrilled to find out that not only could she eat these (because they are dye free) but that she liked them too!! I’ve also shared their information in several keto groups I’m in and a dye free for kids group too! 👍🏻

I discovered this product in a subscription box, and I liked it so much that I ordered it (twice now) here on Amazon. I’ve had a few types of puffed protein snacks, and this one had by far the most flavor. Also, IMO a single package is quite filling- I’m horrible with portion control and can consume a lot of an item, but the single package of this is more than enough for me. Also, very few, if any, pieces were broken or crumbly (a seemingly common issue for dry Keto snacks). I know a few reviews mention the high cost of these; while they’re not cheap, the ingredients used are not cheap either. Carby ingredients are cheap, and proteins are not, so we shouldn’t expect the carb-replacement foods to be inexpensive.My one (but IMO) significant complaint is the fact that these suckers have some serious heat. Everything on the packaging just says it’s ranch flavoured, and while that’s technically true, it is more of a spicy ranch. Like, substantial heat. Now, I’m cool with that and will reorder these. BUT this product seems to be marketed as a family-friendly snack meant for kids. Be aware that this only applies to kids who like spicy-hot foods. Maybe the palate of the creator is just accustomed to heated flavours, and that’s fine, but he/she should recognize that not everyone is, especially kids, and the package should read accordingly. I think “spicy ranch” is a proper name for this snack.

I ordered Jalepeno cheddar hoping for a good replacement for Jalepeno Cheetos. These are ok but I don't think I will order them again. The flavor is good, has a bit of a kick for this kind of snack and is cheesy enough. The crunch is great and you get a good serving in the bag. What I don't love is the chalky protein powder texture after you chew them. After one bag, I decided I can't eat these as a stand-alone snack. I will save them to use a crouton on salad or with soup or something like that.

This product has good flavor a lot of crunch but four bags that are super small are not worth $15. If a box of four was may be eight dollars or below I would buy them but will not pay twice that again.

This product page is a total lie. This is the same price as a 6 pack on the Better Than Good website. Furthermore, it says right on this page that you are paying $2.84/oz (meaning you should get around 5.27 oz for this $15 price), and it even says in the product description this is for an 8oz bag, all that showed up was one single serve .88 ounce bag.Seriously?This page needs to be reported and I'm going to do so, but I would advise everyone to steer clear of this product until this issue is fixed.The product itself is a fine product, but only if you get what you actually pay for - 6 packs for $15.

These protein puffs are amazing! I’m not sure why it has received low reviews. It’s low cal (~110), low carb (3 g), with high protein (~16 g/ bag) with a great flavor profile. My personal favorite thus far is ranch. I’ve tried many protein supplements out there (shakes, bars, etc) and my stomach can’t tolerate them due to all the artificial sugars, etc. This protein supplement is fabulous - no weird stomach side effects, and when I’m hungry it actually fills me up!! Love this stuff . Just to clarify, I have not been asked to leave a review. I left one in case someone, like me, has had a lot of stomach issues tolerating other protein supplements out there.
