Well-made product!
I purchased these as weight for the legs of my tent for a craft show. The bags are well made, easy to attach and clip, and well-designed for containing sand. The zippered top even has a clever double-zipper to keep sand contained, and the carry handles are reinforced with rubber for comfort. To further keep the sand contained, I filled gallon zip-loc bags about half full of sand, rolled and inserted them into the bag, and then tamped them down firmly. This allowed me to fill even above the top level, and the curved cover fit over perfectly. I will say that, despite packing the sand down tightly as I filled, the final weight was about 35 lbs, not the promised 40-55 lbs. as advertised in the description. But it was heavy enough to fill the show requirements, so I was satisfied.

Worth the $$$!!!
I use my canopy at the racetrack quite a bit - so I have to be certain that my canopy stays put while I'm out riding...and not sliding into someone else's trailer, truck or motorcycle. I had some less expensive bags that I bought off of Amazon for about half the cost of these. They've served their purpose, but they're falling apart and no longer useable. These bags, though - are fantastic. Heavy duty nylon, TWO opposing direction zippers at the mouth of the bag to keep things inside (I have sand in plastic sandwich bags inside them, a lot less messy), rubber carry handles and a "tail" at the bottom with a grommet in case you want to use D-ring pinlocks to secure them to your canopy's legs.I'm a HUGE fan of EZ-Up and I almost paid twice the price just to buy their bags...but these are identical in every way as near as I can tell. $40 is good insurance that your canopy won't take flight when you're not around. Buy these, you won't be disappointed.

Could be better
The first time I used these bags a zipper broke. I'm not sure what happened, but zippers and I usually get along pretty well so I don't think it was user error. There must be some trick in attaching the bags to tent legs so the tent sides can still be attached but I have yet to learn it. I thought that these would work well with my Eurmax tent but the bags and tent walls didn't want to play well together. Perhaps better instructions could have solved me problem. Other people have complained about the closed zippers not keeping sand in the bags. I solved this problem by pushing a garbage bag into the bag before filling it with sand and then closing the garbage bag before closing the zipper. This worked pretty well. So basically I think this is an ok product. It could be improved with better zippers and configuring the bags to fit the tent better when side walls are being used. I'm not sure that I would buy these sand bags again.

Great tent weights
I purchased these new weight bags to go with my Eurmax tent. The tent is awesome. We have been using the tent every week for about a year and it still looks great. I like the handles on the weights and it has a double zipper on the top of the bags. It looks like these weight bags are heavy duty and will last a long time.

Sturdy, 40 lbs
These are great! I am using them to weight down an EZ Up tent for craft fairs. They are very sturdy with double zippers to keep the sand in. The carry handle is really strong and they wrap tightly around the legs of the canopy with thick straps. When I filled them with play sand from Home Depot, they came to 40 lbs.

Get the job done
Weight bags work great, however the sand can leak so make sure zippers are closed all the way.

Holds its weight!
We have used these all tailgating season and they’ve been awesome!Pro tip: insert a couple of newspaper sleeve/bags into the “tube” before filling with sand, then tie them off. This will add life to your bags!! Though, you may lose about 2 lbs of sand per bag. I think it’s worth it to keep this quality product in great shape.

Weight Bags for Canopy
Great weight bags for holding down canopies. After a couple of rain storms, the canopies are standing where they were set up. The canopies have not blown over or moved across the yard. It takes some effort to fill the bags with sand and to fill the bags to the very top. The bags work great.
