Cup ruined after first washing
The Amazon ad made no mention of it apparently not being dishwasher safe. My wife, the recipient, put it in the dishwasher prior to use. The cup emerged with strains and splotches all over it. Washing by hand does not remove them. I would rank this item as junk. Perhaps I can recycle the copper.
