Great for all cakes

Love this product. Great for my European cookies.

I absolutely love this sugar and have been using this specific brand for years. It always comes fresh exactly as pictured. Has a strong delicious vanilla taste and is perfectly sweet for baking, especially cookies. I roll fresh baked Christmas cookies in this as soon as they have cooled, so good! Have never had any issues with this product and am very happy it's on Amazon so no trip to a specialty store is needed. Worth the extra price as long as you don't need a ton of it for a recipe.

I have been using Vanillin Zucker for at least 50 years. I add it to my cookies, cakes and desserts. It gives them a fantastic flavor. I also add it to my whipping cream before I whip it

I’m using this product to make German stohlen.

Needed this for my recipe from home. Can’t get anywhere else.

This vanilla sugar is awesome and I use it for almost every sweet recipe when I bake. The problem with buying it here is that sometimes you get the German version as advertised and sometimes you get the Turkish version. They look similar, but one is powdered sugar while it should be granulated sugar. Both are for 250g of flour and they smell similar, but the taste is slightly different. I would prefer to have a choice, especially because returning this particular item was not possible.
