WOW, IT WORKS SO GOOD.
WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH OUR NEW DOOR CLOSER. I AM 92, BUT BY GOOD NEIGHBOR HAD THE OLD ONE DOWN ,AND THE NEW ONE UP IN 40 MINUTES. WORKS GREAT.

to all...make sure swing arms are made of steel NOT aluminum.
Ease of install. I am still in process of evaluation. To all who purchase a door closermake sure the swing arm is made of steel NOT aluminum. Aluminum arms are weakand the hole strips too easily.

Poor longevity for this brand.
Installed in Feb of 2020- started having problems sticking in August of 2021. Locked up in September of 2021 and had to rip part of the door frame out to get the door to open. Used on an internal wood door to a restroom. Won't ever buy this brand again. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different brand.

Great between garage and basement door
Easy to install. Works well on 32” steel clad exterior door between garage and basement. There are some adjustments, but door still needs decent pressure to open. Closes well.
