Great charger, big charger features in a small package.

Affordable all around portable charger. My only wish was to add manually desulfate switch.

I've been trying to find a battery charger that doesn't auto-sense the voltage or doesn't have a 6volt option, so that I can actually change a very dead 12volt battery without the thing defaulting to a 6volt charge. this one works for that. I thought it was broken because it never did indicate a full100% charge after a couple days hooked to a battery, even the battery would test (with basic home shop equipment) as good and would start the car. It turns out that if I left it connected for a couple weeks, it would reach a 100% full charge indication. Not ideal, but workable. This is also much heavier built than most 6/12 volt chargers. This is about the best you can do; without buying one of chargers that has wheels and is about the size of large luggage, and cost $200 or more.

Nice little charger

Frist one I returned becuse it would not turn on.Second one I returned becuse I could not turn off.On the botton only one rivet out of 4 were holding the coils inside inplace(you could hear it moveing around).Secondly the bottom of the caseing wos bent from being forced on assembly. TWO OUT OF TWO , not good.Poor workmanship.

Simple, all necessary functionality for my needs. Used this brand for years. All good.

The durability of the product.

We bought this for my elderly mother who does not drive her car often so the battery will often need charging. This unit will fully charge her battery in the driveway. We travel with it and it's not too heavy or bulky so it fits in trunk. FYI, we originally bought a refurbished unit but had problems so returned for a new one.
