I use it in my black tea. Tastes great.

I LOVE Orange Chicken but not the prices for fresh Oranges (and that includes Zest too).So I decided to get this and, even gave some to a friend, WOW, even the smell of the freeze-dried Orange Peel is great! My friend loves me recipe so much using the peel I gave her, that she ALSO bought 1# of this. I've made Orange Chicken so much/often that I'll DEFINITELY be buying even more.Just from my recipe, I can now think outside the box to use for anything Orange required. WELL WORTH IT!

I own my own business. It's called Earth crafted remedies. I only buy herbs from them, when I can't grow them in my garden. It's clean, when you open the bag the first time. It is, also nice.

Use this when making granola and sometime toss it in my tea or when making other recipes. The smell and taste of it is just want I wanted without any bitterness

Love these orange peel pieces. They are sorted well (no leaves, stems, etc.) and the sizes are uniform. Would order again.

I used these to make homemade bitters and they were perfect. Nicely shipped in air-tight, food safe bag. Freshly dried organic peels have kept nicely in the refrigerator awaiting my next batch.

These were a lot more flavorful than I expected. I'm going to have to use less of it in my cooking next time I use them

I needed this for a tea recipe and bought it because it is organic. Like other reviews have mentioned, it does not look like the large peel pieces in the picture. It is much smaller, like standard, little cube bits, but not powder. When I opened the bag, the room filled with the smell of orange. It worked perfectly for my tea recipe, but part of me wishes it had arrived looking like the picture.
