I have neighbors whose dogs bark allot. I talked to them and it did no good. When I hear those dogs barking too much, I open the window and blow this horn long and loud. Scares the crap out of the barking dogs and signals the owners to get there dogs. I have trained my neighbors well with this horn and the barking dogs has almost stopped and they come running when I blow the horn. The refillable bottle makes this a great investment and it is super loud.

The bottle is plastic in case you are confused by the photo; I am not sure what the red sock is really supposed to do.Works great and is easily refillable. You can adjust the volume/tone to a certain extent, which is a neat feature.

I've bought two, first one stopped holding air within a week, second one would not hold air.

No rust. Never runs out of air. Super loud. I've been using mine for 9 years without a problem. Purchased this one to replace one I lost. I found the lost one and it's still loud as new.

I purchased the horn in August 2024. After minimal use it leaked at the connection between the horn and the bottle. My August order replaced an earlier purchase of the same horn that leaked at the refill valve. Both leaks were such that the horn rapidly emptied after being filled with air. When it worked the horn was loud and provided a suitable number of blasts per fill.

Great product! The only complaint I have is that the air volume is only adequate for about 20 seconds of sound - or about 4 good plays at the kids' football game. A larger reservoir would be helpful, but for signaling this is more compact.

This does its job as advertised; makes a lot of noise, and is refillable.My only complaint is, when refilling, there is quite a bit of air that is released through the horn, giving you a loud, annoying air horn the entire time you're putting air back in the device.

Love that this is reusable. I use this for dog playgroups to break up skirmishes. The disposables are so small and disposable, so more waste. I can refill this again and again. Only wish it had some kind of instructions. There is an arrow dial, that if turned the wrong way, the air slowly escapes. Then there's nothing there to make the horn blow when you need it.
