This beautiful statue fits perfectly on the top of my entertaintment center. It is not too large to be distracting, yet large enough to draw the eye ehen you first walk in. It is beautifully crafted.The statue is a beautiful bronze, with accents of color on the jewelry. The other colors are very muted.m, and my statue really looks primarily bronze. If you are hoping for a pop of color...the color is severely understated, which I did not mind, but the photos do make it seem more prominent.The statue has a nice weight to it. I don't feel that it is cheaply made at all. The details are exquisite. There is also a bit of felt on the bottom to protect whatever surface you put it on from scratching.

I bought it as gift to myself on my kitty’s first birthday, I like Egypt a lot, and this product has a good quality, I love it, dose not look cheap in my house, and price wise it is not cheap either.

This item far exceeded my expectations. It is so beautiful. And exquisite detail. Looking at it from multiple angles, you see the variations in the metal for the muscular elements of Bastet. Calls for placement in a special place in the home or office. A bit pricier than some options. But well worth the price.

While searching the Internet, I was thrilled to find this Bastet statue on Amazon. It's exceedingly well made, even more gorgeous than the photo, and for my research, the highest quality for the best price. The hieroglyphics on the base seem a bit primitive, and a "nice to have" would have been a translation of same. I have been looking for just the right Bastet statue for a number of years, and am delighted to finally own one that sends my heart soaring. The statue positively GLOWS with beauty, quality, and serenity. Highly recommended!

I ordered this for my daughter for her birthday. I bought it based on the other 5 star reviews this cat figurine has gotten. Let me say...she loved it! And I was very pleased with the quality. It has a beautiful finish, and is a nice size. It's sometimes hard to tell how big something is by the picture, but the product description is very accurate. Read the other reviews with confidence. It's beautiful! You won't be disappointed.

This is one very cool cat. I now have three of these cats one in carved stone that I bought in Egypt, one in cast resin and now this one and this one is my favorite. It looks great and although it’s not hot cast bronze it still feels and looks like it is. It is well made with nice detail but it did require some polishing to bring it up to display standards. If Egyptian art is your thing then I highly recommend this little Bast statue.

This statue is absolutely gorgeous, and especially for the price. It is the perfect size to complement my end table and adds a bit of Egyptian flair for this lover of both cats and ancient Egyptian mythology. A card was enclosed that gave a brief description of how the "cat god" came to be worshipped in Egypt, and the packaging itself was beautiful. I am redecorating a new apartment in an eclectic style and could not have asked for a better complement to my collection at a better price.
