fit prefect
I put these on my sunny exercise bike so i can use my shimano clip peddles. 1/2" to 9/16", threads where a perfect fit.

Made well, but, chase the threads.
These do the job of providing some additional space so your shoe doesn't hit the crank. The paint in the threads makes assembly almost impossible. Chase the threads with a die or wire brush to remove the paint and make assembly easy.

Perfect adapter for spin bike
These were just what I needed to allow me to install clip in pedals to my lower end spin bike. Ike (the thread size was smaller than the higher end bikes cone with). I was thrilled to find this as an alternative to either sticking with caged pedals or buying a much more expensive bike that comes with SPD pedals. I was worried that making the pedals further apart may make riding more uncomfortable, but the inch or so difference is not even noticeable! Great quality, and I use my bike daily and has held up well so far!
