I really liked how easy it was to use when it was working properly. The value was not worth the product. Was about half the price on Walmart online. I didn’t like how it just quit working all at once about a month after purchase. And nobody to fix it. Waste of money.

Love the system, however it’s lacking an on and off button. It will be great to turn it off without unplugging it from the wall or an electrical strip!

These pagers paid for themselves the first week. I have a food truck located at a popular bar we give the pagers to the customer when they order we no longer have to try and find them in the crowded bar we just page them when their food is ready and they come back and pick it up allowing my staff to continue focusing on the orders instead of trying to deliver food

Updated: 9/25/2021None of the buzzers work now so I am assuming the keypad/control unit is gone bad. Invest into something a little bit more better. It takes the headache away especially your restaurant really needthe unit to work and nothing is working. Using old way now, going back to the number on tables. Sad.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I don't usually give bad reviews if the product works as expected, but this one only going to get 1 star. Bought it on June 19, now September 20, five (5) of the buzzers are dead. They are fully charged, I can re-synch all other buzzers except for five of them. They just don't respond anymore. I know this set came with 30 of them, which I'm yet to find out if the other 10 that I have never used before are actually working.

Don't let the inexpensive price fool you. These units work perfectly, have long range and are so easy to program. I got two units which comes with extra pagers which inevitably are needed when customers hold on to them. Definitely recommend.

Half of units randomly ghost on guest, create more problems than help I was looking for. Worked flawlessly first 3 days, then on day 4 random units will stopped working. Batteries are fully charged, ghost out within 2 hours into business hours.All units blinks red when giving to customer indicates it's in working mode. Nothing blocks antenna. I was doing more trouble shoot than Tech support was able to offer.

We ordered these and they worked okay for about an hour then just stopped working. We had to return them and a new system was sent out within a couple of days. The new system still isn’t working right. Some pagers work and some pagers don’t. Not 100% satisfied with the quality of this system.
