It really works! Berry flavor is wonderfully delicious.
I purchased this for my son who is constantly getting sick. It takes him a while to get better and was afraid to have him on medication all the time. His Dr recommended I give him this supplement to support his immune system. I was skeptical at first but I now see that it does really help. It shortens the time he spends being sick. Comes in a glass bottle.Only 5 ingredients. Alcohol freeBlack Elderberry juice, acerola fruit dried extract, organic sugarcane, water and lemon fruit juice .No food colorings, fillers or preservatives and especially no High corn fructose syrup.berry flavor is wonderful. I could eat it if I could. It tastes like some kind of fancy berry syrup you would put on pancakes. I thought about buying the kid version instead but decided to try this one first. My 5 yr old and 2 yr old have no trouble taking this . Sometimes they ask for seconds, of course I say no but I can relate. Instructions say to refrigerate after opening. Syrup is easily pourable even when cold. I am reordering this to have it readily available for this winter. Btw it is way cheaper to buy it on Amazon. I found it twice as much on store shelves.

Great immune booster
I love this stuff, it tastes good to me and it helps lessen the severity of my almost annual cold. Every time I get sick my ears clog up and I feel like I’m under water. Within 20 minutes of taking this the pressure in my ears released and I could hear much better. I thought it was a fluke, but it worked every single time. My kids absolutely HATE the taste, so it’s definitely not a universally great tasting supplement. It’s quite thick, so if you’re weird about textures this one may bother you. I could personally drink the entire bottle in one sitting, but if you don’t love earthy, berry, super sweet tasting things or if your finicky with tastes you may not like it. Even if you don’t like the taste though, this stuff is great for immune support and really works, at least for me anyway.

The best elderberry syrup
This tastes good enough that I look forward to taking it! Using to boost my immune system and hoping to avoid flu shot this year.Update 12/19: I have now been taking this syrup regularly and I believe it is helping me to avoid illness after being exposed to new viruses. I've been taking it every day because it is winter and the flu is bad this year and I'm not able to take the flu shot due to immune deficiency. With my immune issues, if I get sick it is much hard for me to recover that most people. I was exposed to the flu and started feeling like I was coming down with it, so I started taking more of this, 2 teaspoons at a time up to 3 times a day. It worked! While I felt like I had symptoms of flu, they only lasted about 36 hours and today I actually feel like I beat it. I did also drink a ton of water, take extra vitamin C and eat homemade chicken soup, so perhaps it was the combination, but I do think the Elderberry syrup made a big difference for me. I now set up a subscription to get this every month and will continue to take it daily. Good luck!

The best elderberry syrup
I tried many brands but stuck to this one once I tried! This syrup really works and the best you can find! Look no further! I have 4 kids and have been using this syrup for coughs and colds for over a decade and it works every time!!not to mention my kids love the taste. It’s very concentrated and works great for sore throats and persistent coughs. It was also a go to remedy when I had colds during pregnancy!

Seems to work, bad taste!
In my quest to find something to prevent my annual bout with the flu, I decided to try this syrup. First off, it tastes pretty bad. It's sour but not in a good way, with a kind of vomit aftertaste. But, what's a bad taste compared to the flu? Feeling myself getting a cold, I started taking this and I got better rather quickly, and symptoms were not as severe as usual. Whether it's truly the syrup or a placebo effect, I don't know, but honestly I don't really think it matters as long as I'm seeing results. I will continue taking it, in the hope I can escape my annual visitor this year.

Effective for recovery and improving immunity
The Elderberry syrup contains organic elderberry and organic acerola (excellent source of vitamin C).Tastes like berry juice. It is not very sweet and does not have corn syrup (they use cane sugar) The product is also available in a nighttime version that aids sleep. My mother has compromised immunity from cancer. When she came to visit, I bought her this syrup. She took a spoonful every evening. On past visits, she'd invariably catch a cold or flu. This time, she did not get sick in several months.Recently, I had a lingering non productive cough that dragged on weeks and kept me awake at night. I took the Nighttime syrup and rubbedJR Watkins Menthol balm on my throat. I started feeling better quickly. The nighttime version has Lemon balm, Grindelia and Poppy leaf -- in addition to Elderberry and Acerola.INGREDIENTS:Elderberry - improves heart health, sinus, coughs, colds, flu, bacterial and viral infections.Acerola - in addition to Vitamin C, contains vitamins A, B1, B2, and B3, as well as carotenoids and bioflavonoids which work as antioxidants.Night time syrup also has following herbsPoppy leaf - works as a sedative.Lemon balm - has a number of benefits including lowering blood pressure, reducing anxiety and calming the mind.Grindelia - calms the heart and reduces bronchial congestion.
