KAI Sekimagoroku Aofuji Santoku 165mm Premium Japanes Knife

Made of Molibednum-vanadium steel and not carbon steel, resulting in very hard material. Extremely sharp that a tomato could be sliced without disturbing the juice inside. It cuts so perfect as you can desire. Value for money even though price is high. Japanese engineering at its best.

The knife is a beast, after using it for the 3rd year am super happy about how it has been used almost daily. It requires constant honing and every third fourth week you’ll need to sharpen it with a good stone but that’s the story of every chef level knife

Great knife in reasonable cost

I got a damage product the tip of the knife was completely gone it was broken and also the blade was not straight i had great expectations but had to face a huge disappoinment and had to regret my decision to buy this product please don't waste your money after giving aprox 3000rs if we get such bad quality product it is such a waste can get better knife in much less price

A great kitchen knife which was sharp right out of the box. It is well balanced and rigid for all kinds of kitchen task. It was well packed and delivered on time. Though it was sharp right out of the box, there were some burrs which I removed with a sharpening tool. I think this knife will be with me for a long time.

Knife is good . But really we don't need sharpener it's not that much useful

It's a beautiful product. But the vendor didn't provide the mini sharpener as promised/given in product details.
