This mix is the closest to homemade. The quality is what you’re getting. 2 separate packages. One isthe cake mix and the other is egg white mix. Absolutely delicious. Easy to make. You will love itAnd buy it again. Hoping it will go on sale😃 Secret is make sure you beat egg white mix till it forms peaks.

I don’t like the ingredients l I’m not comfortable with the whole package.

It is a 2 step mix which I prefer. Doesn’t have as strong an “ artificial “ taste. Will always use this brand.

This angel food cake mix is above all other brands in quality, tasting as if it had been made from scratch. The manufacturer is based in Illinois, where it is likely still easy to find, but I can no longer find this cake mix in this part of West Virginia. To order directly from the company means buying in too much bulk re: 12 cake mixes in one order. Would love to purchase this again as one cake mix and at a reasonable price. Have requested that my local Kroger store will again stock this item.

This is absolutely the best and easiest angel food cake mix around. I used to but it at shop rite in NY/NJ. But they stopped selling it. It was also the cheapest mix in the shelves, I love it, but this price is RIDICULOUS. IT'S CHEAPER TO BUT A DOZEN EGGS AND MAKE IT FROM SCRATCH. There is nothing in that box that is worth that much money, unless you were having royalty for tea and you were pressed for time. I can't believe over $12 for a box of cake mix.

I used to buy this at Kroger, but they no longer sell it. Wish it wasn't so expensive, I would love to buy some. This is too much money for one mix. But it IS delicious.
