Batch Unsuccessful
Looked and smelled authentic. Honestly, I used this for my first ever attempt at a batch of miso, which molded. I put that squarely on my novice fermenting skills and not this product. I intend on reordering someday soon when I have the heart to try again. I will update review if that goes well.
