Love these pens ... all I use at work ... easy to hold & write, small enough to tuck nicely into my pocket, jacket, bag, or notebook spiral, big enough to use all day ... nicer than a cheap disposable but not so nice that someone “borrows” it and you never see it again. Refills are easily obtained, great roller & ink, worth every penny.

The ink reservoir is huge. The design is typically Swiss: discretely elegant. The solid, machined aluminum barrel has the right heft. For a utility ball-point, I do not think that is possible to buy better quality. The pen is expensive and worth it.

This is a nice pen. Metal, feels substantial and does write very nicely. But it is small, even for me (5’8”). I read the dimensions, gave it try anyway. I don’t regret the purchase, as the price is fine. But….it’s kinda small.

The Best pen

Nice pen. But they said the ink was blue and it's black. Can't find a blue cartridge for that model. All the cartridges seem to be for a "Goliath" ballpoint pen. I hate to order one and then discover that doesn't work either. I prefer blue ink, and so do people concerned about legal documents. Black is too much like a copier, I guess.

Lousy customer service. The pen is somewhat OK, although the price is too much for the quality. Bottom line, I will NEVER buy this product again.

Maybe I am a little shaded on these pens, because I had them while growing up in Switzerland. They are a design icon and very nice to write with. The giant cartridge last for a long time. As I said I love them and would recommend them to anybody who writes a lot.

The pen itself is decent and alright, but it feels and writes like a Bic pen you get for 50 cents a piece. It's much smaller than originally expected and writes about as cleanly and fully as any cheap old pen you can take from a bank or mechanics office. There's nothing to write home about (pun intended) and definitely not worth the extra money spent.
