I wanted the cheapest decent speaker I could find and I have a small antique desk for my computer, so real estate is in high demand. I have a dell monitor with clips on the bottom specifically for this speaker - unfortunately, my monitor didn't come with the power connection for this speaker. However, I found a seller on amazon selling the speaker with the power adaptor for $10 shipped and for that price, I feel like I made my goal of getting a good speaker for very little money. Since it clips to the bottom of the monitor, I also don't lose any desktop space.This is of course a used speaker, but it came from a Dell recycler and I'm sure it's from an office and saw very little if any abuse.Sound is great for my needs - watching youtube videos and listening to spotify while i work. I would say the sound is actually very good when you're sitting at the desk and listening to something. I wouldn't try to listen to it from across the room, though - It's great at doing exactly what it's designed for.f you're looking for a good deal, look for the cheapest once, since they're al the exact ame speaker there's not going to be any difference in quality. I saw prices going all the way up to $30 and I wouldn't say it's worth that much since you get better desktop speakers for less than that price.

Good sound quality, not real HiFi, but, good for general Web surfing.The ones that I bought DID HAVE THE 12 VDC WALLWART INCLUDED. Which could be a variable, depending on what happens to be available, when the order is filled, perhaps.Recommended. I cannot recommend, the sound in tin like and doesn't provide enough sound. Its ok with our really quiet tv in bedroom but we just use speakers on living room television since the stock beats this one. Do yourself a favor and spend another $20 or $30 for something that will work good for you.

This is the second one of these speakers that I've bought for my computer. Neither my wife nor I use it that much nor play it that loud (we're old folks). Both units died for no apparent reason. One day they worked the next they didn't. As a person that operates a small electronic repair shop, I opened the 2nd dead one to see what I could see... and there were no signs of any obvious bad, burned, broken or abused components meaning that some component just quit working... without a schematic, I wasn't going to try to chase down the problem... just consider it a learning experience... stay away from this particular item.

Speaker works well enough, but beware that it does not come with the power supply, despite what the seller shows and lists.

it is a very nice speaker. Installing it was very easy and I think it sounds very good for what I need it for. I have had this speaker for a couple of weeks now and it sounds very good and it goes much louder than what I ever expected it would do. if I ever do need another sound bar I would buy this one in a second.
