So, like anyone else with back pain, I've tried everything. I'm on enough pain pills and pain patches to kill a horse...lol. Nothing ever works. I don't care how many cushions, back braces, or other apparatuses I've bought, they've never worked. So, what did I do? I bought another one...lol. Well, let me tell you, this was immediate relief - IMMEDIATE! No joke! Now, there is one caveat: you have to buy ALL three of the items for it to work. You can't just buy the back cushion, or the seat cushion (the GEL one), or the foot rest. You need all three of them in order to get you in the proper position for it to work properly. But, once you have all three, oh my goodness! Life changing, and the best money you'll ever spend. I promise! There is enough 'cushion' to make them super cozy, but enough firmness to keep you in the perfect position. The straps are marvelous! Usually, the straps on any of these products are not very adjustable or not very long. A lot of times they're Velcro straps or just a large piece of non-adjustable elastic, so it doesn't go over the chair or the strap is so large the cushion creeps its way back down your seat and out of its position. Well, not this set! You know the straps that are usually in a baby's car seat - the ones that 'snap' together? That's what this back cushion has! It's great! Not only are the straps on the back cushion EXTREMELY adjustable (plus they send you EXTRA strap extenders!) , they're SO adjustable that you can fit the back cushion around a recliner! Yes, a recliner! I was so pleased with this set that I bought a second one for the car (minus the foot rest, of course.) I'm even planning on buying a third set for my chair at the kitchen table. If you buy this set, I promise you will not go wrong. You will be so happy you did! Out of all the face creams, exercise gadgets, and weird gizmos I've purchased over the years, this is the best thing I've ever purchased for myself - by far! It's been an absolute GAME CHANGER for me when it comes to my lumbar back pain!

Bought this a few years ago and it’s still is the greatest seat cushion and back support for my desk chair

I have serious back issues. I sit in a chair for 10-11 hours a day. This is literally a lifesaver!! The support it offers my back and hips is amazing. It helps with sciatic pain. Without this, I would not be able to sit as long as I do. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Before purchasing this; I priced them, and this was the best deal that I found it is soft, but firm, offering ideal support if you suffer from back pain and sit in a chair you need this!!

It slides, not good while driving to have to adjust. Otherwise, it's ok when it works.

My husband is working from home during the pandemic, leaving his nice comfy office chair in his "real" office in a medical building. That loss has him using what chairs we have on hand already or can get easily. Somewhere along his impulse to do yard work like crazy in his free time, he hurt his back and suddenly all the chairs are painful, both to his lower back, coccyx, and hip.I ordered him multiple styles of cushions and this seat cushion was the first to arrive. Then I bought him the set of the seat cushion and lumbar pillow. He said these are literally saving him from agony. He can feel the lessened pressure on his spine and even his hip is getting relief. The pillow is the best lumbar support he's found. He says it’s making all the difference in an unbelievable amount. Very, very pleased with these cushions.

Wish I bought this earlier! Totally solved my back from hurting from sitting in my office chair, helped me set up my home office workstation more ergonomically and promotes better posture.Before I started using the seat cushion and back support my spine would feel compressed from just a short time sitting at my desk. I never get that feeling now.I assumed for a seat cushion to relieve pain and be comfortable for 10+ hours a day it would feel squishy and was surprised by the firmer feel of these, but they are so supportive and mold to your shape so the squishy concerns were not necessary.Also the variety of adjustable straps and gripping material made these work even with my unusual shaped office chair and they always stay in place, no adjustments or slipping throughout the day.

I order this set because of my back and SI joint is so bad. The back rest is very comfortable. The seat was comfortable but sets me too high on a hard chair and I do not think it works for SI joints. Could be for something else. I sent the seat part back. but kept the back rest. I would have give 5 stars except the seat did not work for me. Also, they came in on separate orders.
