Quality seat
This works perfectly for my mom. She has bed sores on her bottom and has trouble being able to find comfort in certain positions as she heals. I got her this and she loves it. It gives the relief she needs while sitting and is portable so she can put it in the car and take it with her when on the go. The price was fair considering this adds to quality of life. the pillow itself seems like great quality and not flimsy at all. My mom has no issues with slipping and feels that the seat offers the perfect thickness for her comfort.

Beyond expectations
This is a great cushion. I’m very pleased with the quality and ease of inflating and valve and the cover! I think it’s better than the roho in the rehab center. The directions are very clear and it’s important to only inflate 50-60%. . I got it for my Mom in a wheelchair as the Medicare one was just hard foam and she just got healed from pressure sores. It’s not losing air and is very comfortable. The cover is great quality. I’m very pleased with it. Like the pump too. It’s a ready set go and great quality. Highly recommend

Vive vs, Roho
I have always used a Roho since a back injury and subsequent surgery. Unfortunately, I travel a lot and this means bringing my Roho on airplanes, Ubers, cabs, hotels, etc. That said, I have left a few behind. Rohos aren't cheap. So I purchased this for comparison. First of all, the cover is much thicker and sturdier than the Roho cover. I imagine it will hold up well. It does not feel great on bare legs though. As for the inflatable portion, it is similar to a Roho in how you inflate it. It does have a plastic feel and is not the thicker rubber feel of the Roho. Because of this, I questions its longevity. Who knows, maybe I'll be surprised. (Rohos last forever if you don't lose them!) I also just ordered another Roho and was disappointed to see the rubber material appears thinner than historically. From my experience, those that don't like the feel of an inflatable cushion have them inflated way too much. I would estimate I inflate mine about 50-60%. This gives a comfortable cushy feel. If they are overinflated, they are hard and lose the benefit of having an air cushion. This will serve fine for what I need and the price point helps ease the pain of leaving one behind.

Great for airline travel if you can fit it in your carry-on
Airlines have notoriously been cutting costs and weight everywhere they can in their planes; the seat cushions on many are barely more than a board at this point. That's not great when you're jumping back and forth over the atlantic, so I ordered up a number of cushions, including the purple / pink silicone types, ones made out of high density foam (ie. wheelchair cushions), and a few other inflatables like this. This unit was probably the priciest option I tried (the brand name silicone ones are more expensive, but the generic versions were what I tried b/c they're just as good.) It still won hands down due to being the right combination of lightweight, space friendly, durable, and of course comfortable. Admittedly, if I weren't constrained, the high density foam or possibly even latex would've won (there's a reason these are used in office chairs and beds) but those options were simply too bulky. The pink / purple silicone were nice enough to sit on, but they get heavy when you get them in a 2" or so height, which means they were out. The other inflatables simply weren't designed as well, didn't have the same quality of inflating system or closure, and weren't as tall.As usual, the 'pro-tip' about looking for the medical or industrial grade product worked out. This is essentially a clone of a much more expensive wheelchair cushion, and you can see the difference when you compare it to the travel-specific type products. I strongly recommend this product.
