I was very skeptical buying such a large item through Amazon, but I'm happy I did.We purchased our 13x13 and received all 5 boxes within a few days. The boxes are clearly labeled and includes a packing/parts list in each box. Included amongst the parts was an organizer for all the little screws, bolts, and misc. items. Nothing seems to be left out in terms of making the i initial customer experience a positive one, including their customer service. Though I didn't need to contact them, the initially contacted ME to keep me updated on the shipping and to let me know that they are there if I needed them. That is pretty cool in this day and age. Awesome job Purple Leaf!It took me about 16 hours to get it together with help from my son, but the end product is so worth it. The gazebo itself is well engineered with quality materials. There really are no flimsy parts or major design flaws. It is also very stout.Overall, I will definitely buy from Purple Leaf again.

Love this Gazebo. Purple Leaf also has great customer service and emailed great hints for the installation. The middle legs, the "B" parts were damaged during delivery. I notified them and new "B" parts where here in 4 days. It did take us 13 plus hours over 2 weekends to assemble, be patient and follow directions that are clear, and all parts labeled correctly. Definitely is easier with 3 sets of hands or more. It is absolutely beautiful and hope to enjoy it as soon as I put my new furniture together. We put our Gazebo on our Deck, after we had to have our tree removed and needed shade. We needed to create a height adjustment due to our deck being 2 different levels, so we set the legs into flower pots and used wood inside of the pots to adjust the height. I will use fake fern leaves to fill the pots like I did in the middle pot.

great value, shipping was high, getting it together took about 7 hrs, I was lucky to have a person who was a master of putting things together. we unpacked the boxes and checked to make sure everything was there, it was, have plenty of helpers , i had 6 people when it was finished it came out beautiful, so pleased ,i installed the fan i highly recommend getting the fan it gets hot on warm days the fan is reversible and has light in it.also the instructions say only put 6 curtain hooks each side, it wasn't enough put all the hooks in for you cannot put them in later, that way you have plenty and have extra in case of breakage. the curtains and screen are very nice, glad we got them.

I can't say anything but great things about Purple Leaf. I love our gazebo. We had it for almost a year and we had some minor issues in the beginning (most likely due to installation) and Purple Leaf customer service has been fantastic since day one. They sent me some extra tubes of silicone and tips when I had some leaking from screws. Problem gone. Had recent issue with the netting sides and they promptly sent out replacement pieces to attach. It's rare to come across great customer service these days sadly and it means so much when we receive it. Thanks Purple Leaf

Gazebo is good with few exceptions. I have it now for the third season. I put it together last summer. I mostly did it myself but needed help with some of the roof.By fall the curtain corner hooks ripped the fabric leaving holes of about 1in diameter. This is the part that holds the fabric curtain steady to the poles in wind. Seller replaced the curtains which is greatly appreciated.Now it is spring and I noticed the gutters need cleaning. I power washed the gutters but the corners, where the drain holes are, filled with debris. The corner drain is so small my hand does not fit in there to pull out the debris.I would like it if the corner piece was wider so I could fit my hand in there to pull out leaves and other debris.Otherwise, this gazebo is very nice. I put the legs into planters with quick dry cement as we live in an area that gets hurricanes. First, I painted the legs with rubber cement to avoid corrosion over time. I drilled drain holes in the planters to allow rain water to drain out of the planters. Topped with decorative rocks. Hung a fan in the ceiling and some lights. It is really nice. I wish the gutters were easier to clean and curtains were stronger in the corners.

Pros:10x13 gazebo came in 4 boxes, all parts were packaged well, no damage to any parts, everything was labeled for ease of identification.Relatively easy to assemble (needs 2 people )Excellent customer service. I had questions regarding installation, i sent email to Purpleleaf, and was sent libk to video to help with install (also searched foe youtube videos for help. Purple leaf also answered my questions via emails.Mosquito netting is much more sturdy than my previous gazebo.Cons:Difficult to take curtain and netting down to design. Would have liked ability to remove during winter.Overall very pleased with Gazebo & customer service.

Great product. everything was clearly labeled and packed perfectly in four boxes. The seller emailed me multiple times asking me if we had any questions and if everything was OK . The installation went smoothly, but took us a whole week because the directions weren’t always clear . We spent one day just fixing problems that we had put together incorrectly due to the directions not being clear. Must be comfortable high on ladders for long periods and also be somewhat creative in being able to fix things that don’t go together perfectly. Nonetheless, it’s a good product and very reasonably priced and provides excellent shade. We will enjoy it a lot this summer.
