A++ sevice
I bought a cartridge from this company and it lasted over a year. I purchased two more cartridges from this company about 8 months ago. When I went to replace, one was defective and I asked about a return. It had been more than 180 days and the company was not obligated to replace; however, since it was only a few days passed the 180 days they made an exception. I left on vacation and did not return the product for a couple of weeks, even then they accepted my return and replaced the cartridge. This is one of the most satisfying experience in true customer service that I have encountered. They offer a great product for an excellent price and they actually care about the customer. The reason I didn't replace within the 180 days was because a cartridge I ordered more than a year ago was stil working!If you want a good quality cartridge at a great price and excellent service, go with these guys!!!!!

Sent me defective product then charged me restocking fee
The toner cartridge printed worse than the "empty" cartridge. I emailed the seller about a replacement; went through all the troubleshooting steps they asked me to try, with no luck. There was no option to send the defective cartridge back for a replacement, so I asked for a refund and ordered a new cartridge. After a week I received an email saying they were charging me $75, more than half the cost of the cartridge, for a restocking fee. Why are they restocking a defective cartridge?

Good ink
Works as it should

Damaged packaging
Outside packaging (that it was delivered in) was not damaged but the ink cartridge box itself was mangled. Thankfully there doesn't seem to be issues with the cartridge and its printing. Just not very professional, especially for the price.

Laser ink
I was fortunate to find this printer toner. Both of my HP printers broke the same week. One printer reported a jam - which there wasn’t one and even paid for a technician to examine it. My other one kept saying the ink was corrupted and wouldn’t print even though it was new ink. Both needed a sensor which was more than the printers new. My laser printer was over 25 years old and still works like a charm so getting that toner saved the day and am still using it!

TONER APPEARS TO BE REFURBISHED, NOT NEW!
I have been using this toner for many years and its the first time I'm having a problem with it. I installed the toner as usual. But the print quality is poor....as though this toner is finishing. It is NOT PRINTING LIKE A NEW TONER even with my printer quality setting on "BEST"

Got 4250 pages out of the one that just ran out of toner! Ordered another.
Well, you know how this goes: printing out my taxes, and white stripe....grrrrr!!! Took out the toner from by trusty 1300, gave it a shake, and finished up the taxes, yay! Then next step: Amazon to buy a toner cartridge. The old one showed 1%, and 4250 pages printed, not bad, if I do say so myself. I keep the reduced toner setting on PDF printers, so 4250 was not bad.Now there are so many recycled, refurbed, no-name brand cartridges, and the reviews are all over the place. Even this on genuine HP 13X...people complain that its junk, and let's face it, people write more negative reviews than positive, especially if something goes wonky.Anyway, place the order Sat AM, had it sitting at my door late Sat afternoon. Thanks Amazon. Opened it up, popped it in, and back to printing. Hope we get another 4250 out of this one!. Now this is $140 cartridge,not the 2 for $36 variety...so expectations are high.

Absolute junk and waste of money.
These are obviously reused/filled cartridges, and are the worst I have ever received. Just changed to the third cartridge in one month. The first cartridge had heavy "ghosting" of print, but at least was readable and did not smear. However, it did not last nearly as long as most cartridges. Yesterday I put in a new cartridge from this order of multiple cartridges. The print is so light is is difficult to read, and smears terribly. I use this printer for Postal shipping labels for a business on top of everyday printing, and I am crossing my fingers the parcels get to their destinations with readable labels. They smear that bad. I just removed that cartridge after getting all of one day's worth of use. I have not printed with the third cartridge yet, so I am hoping it is at least decent. The first was usable, at best. The second is not even usable. An absolute waste of money. The most poorly made cartridges I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing. Look elsewhere. I will not be using this distributor again.
