Slid across my tile floor.
Have to agree with the reviews that say this is junk. Even as tight as I could set it, this lock just slid across my tile floor and didn’t hold the door at all. Worthless.

Peace of mind
I travel a lot and stay in hotels all the time, this door stopper gives me peace of mind. It’s really easy to install and remove.

Doesn't hold against carpet.
This seemed promising when tested at home, didn't think about taking into consideration hard floors vs. carpeted. The hotel in Vegas had carpeted floors and no matter how much I wrenched it, it still wouldnt hold. So not slip resistant against carpets or at least high-traffic carpets.
