The orange peel in the ingredients list piqued my curiosity and decided to give this product a try. Although I can't really detect the orange peel in the mix, this blend does have it where it counts. When I opened the jar, the first thing I noticed was the the fresh and invigorating aromas of the herbal mix. But the best part is the flavor that it imparts the food, it's simply unparalleled.So far I have used it when marinating, grilling, roasting, frying and braising. It goes great on all meats; beef, pork, lamb, chicken, goat, fish, even on shrimp. Baking or roasting vegetables, this is a must.Although the Costco mix I was using until now is still good this condiment has taking my cooking to a whole new level.Will keep using it until I find a better.Highly recommended.

This is a staple in my cabinet! Love this on nearly everything- it’s so versatile. Also a great value for the size to always have on hand. Flavor is great especially since there is no salt so you can add as much or as little garlic flavoring as your heart desires!

This seasoning smells amazing before you add to your meal. Once added, it truly enhances the taste. I have used on fresh, cold, salads, cooked pastas, meats and vegetable dishes. This seasoning proved for me, not only it's versatility, but, its quality, as well.

I so happy Amazon carries this spice. It used to be available in grocery stores. The spices.are perfect for just about any dish. I really like the flavor and no salt added. If I add salt to meat I don’t want anymore salt in my sauce. Great tasting and versatile for just about any dish.
