My wife loves her book

When I received this in the mail, I was ecstatic! It literally is just like the picture, the pages even smell old & vintage like an aged library. This purchase very well exceeded my expectations and the paper itself is thick but not thick enough to stop a sharpie from bleeding through. The journal cover feels amazing, along with the paper. Overall it’s such a great purchase I do not regret one bit

My wife and used this as our guest book. We loved the aged/antiqued pages they're pretty thick but still wouldn't use something like a sharpy.

It was used as a guest book for a special event. It was thick and provided plenty of space for entries despite it being a smaller book. The leather and paper were very good quality, the paper appeared to be recycled which added to its charm. A good value for the price!

This journal is good as a themed gift/decor for spooky parties, but not practical for actually writing in. Paper quality isn't great and is dark in color for writing.

I love this book. Cover is absolutely beautiful. Smells like an old hand made book. Quality of the leather is great. Pages are soft. Bought a calligraphy pen and it was so satisfying. A shaprie will bleed onto the next page though so be careful. Still worth every penny.

The seller was very prompt for delivery. Seems very well put together. Nice and sturdy.

Although I love the aesthetic of this book, I cannot get past the smell of mildew. The pages are not all evenly cut and stick together. You can tell it has sat somewhere for a long period of time, with heavier things on top of it, because there are indentions in the leather. This book would be better used for simple decoration than a grimoire or journal.
