I developed pain on the lateral side of my right heel It started after 5 months of daily 3 mile walks. It isn’t persistent or continuous. In my research it didn’t fit the description of plantar fasciitis but painful none the less. I tried a full insert but it took up to much room in my shoe so I went with this heel cup. It’s fantastic! Got 2 / $15 and went to order more but the price went to $15 each. Bought one more anyway.

These are decent. I wear them in my golf shoes and I'm able to walk 18 without the pain in my heels.

These are great for a week or so, I work 7 12hr shifts every 2 weeks and walk about 36k steps each shift. I go through insoles like crazy, these added with insoles are great but barely make it through that 7 days.

It helps on my heels when I carry heavy products. it also doesn’t slip when I need to run or make a quick movement.

I got a lot of relief from these heel inserts. Was having problems with my left heel and needed some cushion support and these worked for me.

I was really hoping these would work but unfortunately they did not. The best thing about this product was it did stay in place. I did not move. I even switched them from different shoes and they stayed put. I have plantar fasciitis and it left my heel and arch in such horrible pain. It actually made it worse. I did try them out for 2 weeks giving my foot to get used to them but I actually had to take them out of my shoes a couple times because the pain was unbearable. So I stopped using them and found that rubbing out my heel and arch daily before I go to bed works best. Along with shoes that have good memory foam.

Worked great for heal pain and fit in all my shoes.
